O que é um Personal Trainer?

O Personal Trainer é um profissional que desenvolve e implementa uma abordagem individualizada em um indivíduo para otimizar o seu treinamento físico. Ele pode também ajudar a avaliar o seu nível de aptidão física e trabalhar em direção a um objetivo pessoal mediante um exercício apropriado, instrução e motivação pessoal. O alcance da prática do Personal Trainer é de reforçar os componentes do treinamento físico em geral. Geralmente o segmento para tais componentes são: força muscular, resistência muscular, composição corporal, resistência cardiovascular, flexibilidade e, embora existam outros subconjuntos como potência e velocidade.
